Day One

first day in Barcelona

Explore the Gothic area, the oldest part of Barcelona , wander around its narrow streets , Plaza real , l´Ajuntament and don´t forget to see The Cathedral.

Cross Via Leitana and then take Carrer de l´Argenteria until l´Església de Santa Maria del mar, one of the most beautiful churches of Barcelona.

Close to the Gothic area, you can have a coffee or a meal , in El Born, an area full of bars and restaurants.

Art enthusiasts will be able to spend a few hours in Picasso Museum whereas others can have a stroll in Parque de la Ciutadela, home to the Catalonian Parliament and a zoo.

Finally, it would be a great way to finish your day in Barcelona by visiting Gaudi´s unachieved work of art, La Sagrada Familia.

Day Two

don't forget the architecture

Gaudi is the ambassador of Barcelona, so why not dedicate your second day to a visit of all his masterpieces?

Star by visiting one of his first works:Palau Güell, then reach Passeig de Gracia where you will be able to admire two of his wonderful contributions to the Catalan landscapes: Casa Batlló and la Perdrera.

If you want to chill out , go to Parc Guëll , another of his masterpieces where you will be able to have a walk  and experience a spectacular view of Barcelona.

Day Three

For your third day in Barcelona , we would advice you to visit Montjuic and discover its many opportunities: Juan Miro Foundation and its garden, The Museo Nacional d´Arte de Catalunya , Poble Espanyol , the Olympic stadium and Montjuic castle

Day Four

Arts enthusiasts will have the time to explore more museums in Barcelona, Caixa Forum, MACBA and Antoni Tapies Foundation.

In any cases ,there are numerous museums that are likely to interest you: Chocolate Museum, FC Barcelona museum, Sport museum, Music Museum or the Maritime Museum.

Day Five

If you enjoy hiking, go to Montserrat mountain, and visit its monastery.

Montserrat is the site of a Benedictine abbey, Santa Maria de Montserrat, which hosts the Virgin of Montserrat sanctuary and is identified by some with the location of the Holy Grail in the Arthurian Myth.

Day Six

oh the places you will go

Though Barcelona offers nice beaches you will be able to find less crowded beaches if you head off to Sitges. It will take you only 45 minutes by train to get there.

Furthermore its night life is also renowned if you enjoy clubbing.

If the weather does not happen to be good enough to go to the beach, you can go to Figueras and discover Dali’s amazing and massive museum..

Day Seven

If you happen to be in Barcelona during the weekend, we will advise you to take bus T-2A to Tibidabo. From there, you will be able to enjoy a spectacular view of Barcelona. After visiting Tibidabo’s church, you can relax and chill out in Tibidabo’s amusement park.

During the evening you can go back to Montjuic, take the cable cart and have a last wonderful view of barcelona before leaving.

Then in the evening, attend the  Montjuic Magic Fountain Show, a spectacular display of color, light, motion, music and water acrobatics.
